As persons
engaged in religious formation, we minister so that others may
grow in the Christian faith and experience a living and loving
relationship with God. Our catechesis calls others to a lifestyle
of the Good News and seeks to foster their maturing faith by
explaining more fully the Gospel message and the common beliefs,
which unite the Catholic Christian community.
PSR students
are expected to attend classes and mass on a regular basis.
Classrooms should be left in the same condition as they were
upon arrival. Disruptive or unruly behavior will not be tolerated.
Lastly, students are expected to complete assignments on time
and actively participate in their faith formation.
PSR parents
should make sure their children are on time each week. Please
check weekly for communication from the catchiest or the director.
Clearly explain to your children who they may or may not ride
with, where they will meet you after class, and other information
about going to and from class. Last - but most important - inquire
what your children are learning in the classroom and participate
in parish life and weekly worship. If a student is preparing
for a sacrament, parent meetings will be held to provide necessary
information.
