Note: Track and Field Day: Thursday at Kennedy Park. An entire day out in the fresh air having fun in numerous activities. Hope God gives us a sunny day.

Family Life: The class will be learning about the attributes needed to maintain long lasting relationships outside of the family. I will be touching on human sexuality in a way that emphasizes the emotional and spiritual, not physical, bonding of a relationship.

Social Studies: Much of this last chapter deals with our nation after 9/11. Terrorism, global challenges, and future concerns are the focus for this week.

Math: Review will be the area of focus. Sharpening previous taught skills in arithmetic and fractions will be gone over.
